The inflation of the US dollar, the amount of debt climbing, and the fact that the US dollars that are being dumped by other countries is leading me and thousands of others to believe that the US economy is being built up just to take the largest crash in history. If the US economy fails it is just a small step for other economies to follow suit. However it does not need to be the whole worlds economy to crash, if you are in the US and the economy crashes there, it will lead to the fact that you will be in grave danger. If or when the economy crashes many things will happen stores will shut down, the US dollar will be worthless, the power will go out, there will be no food or water, and people will be searching and scavenging for all of these things which will put you and your family in danger.
The biggest factor I believe is that the US dollar will be essentially worthless. To prep for this you should start buying things that will keep in value no matter how the economy is going. Some things to buy would include gold, silver, or jewelry. Things that you are able to trade for other products later in life. This is for why you will see most preppers collecting gold and other metals because they know that no matter they will always have gold which has been used for trading for thousands of years and will be for a
long time.
The next step is that all stores will close. This means that they will not be able to sell food or water, which means that you will not have any sources except for the preps that you have taken before the collapse. Things to prep are having your own source of water, this could be rain water, a pond, or a well. Food is also another factor you h
After that you must get to the point of preparing yourself for people coming and attempting to steal what you have. I know that if you have been reading multiple of my post, most of these preps will sound very similar, and I think that is because most of your preps would be the same for all types of disasters. You will always need a source of food, water, power, and protection. This will help for people who do not really know how the apocalypse will come around, and those of you who will be prepping on a budget. I know first hand because I am definitely prepping on a budget and I am one of those who isn't sure how the apocalypse will happen because there are so many different versions of how it could happen that make so much sense.
